Why do I see a padlock on some pages?
Why can’t I find my booking to edit or cancel it?
You cannot edit or cancel your booking on the same day of the booking without calling the restaurant. If this is not the problem please report to us, read the instructions below.
Why are bookings blocked after a certain date?
The restaurant is able to set a limit on the number of days they will accept a booking in advance. If you would like to make a booking further into the future than their ‘bookings page’ allows you should give them a call to arrange it.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing offers?
You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of any SMS or email sent out through our software. Alternatively you can always email us at email@example.com to unsubscribe (please be sure to provide the phone number you used when making your booking and the restaurant you would like to unsubscribe from to make the process as quick and easy as possible).
How do I report a problem or a bug?
If you notice a problem or a bug we’d love to know about it so we can fix it as soon as possible. Please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also feel free to send any comments or feedback about our software to the same address.
